Problems Logging In?

If you cannot remember your password, we can generate a new temporary password and email it to you. You can easily reset once logged in.

You'll need to confirm your account and create a password before you are able to create your cruise profile and start browsing for roommates. The confirmation details should have been emailed to you.

Don't have your User ID Token to confirm your account? We can re-issue the invitation email. If you are still having trouble after this step, please contact us with support form below. Please use the name and email address you provided when signing up for the cruise.
